Well, like others said talk to her.
Make her understand that you don't want to be reponsible for ruining someone else's future and were just being nice. Tell her that she moved out now and it's all cleared up and your a free man.
Also tell her yes she can have sex in the car (even if you feel opposite still say this, it arouses women!), hood, trunk, top of car, and many other erotic places.
