I agree, in a almost stock for I/H/E will probably do just about nothing... But they are a good starting point for bigger mods especially Forced Induction of some type or a Strong NA buildup. If I/H/E are all you are wanting to do and you think itll help then you probably shouldnt even bother wasting your money, unless you just want them for looks.
