well i dont need to lower too drastically
if i can get 2" that would be right on

right now there is factory rims for winter
putting 16" rims, not sure on rubbers

performance, well its always an issue
but for what im looking to spend
performance can only be so much of an issue
im willing to sacrafice performance for the looks
