the best thing to do first and foremost is a nice sound system. After that, some cheap stuff is LED's placed strategically inside the car, for lighting effect. I have 2 blue LED's inside my car, one shining on my gauges to make them blue, and one on my conter console shining on my stereo, shift knob, and dials and stuff. Go with LED though because they are bright and last a very long time.

I have a blacklight bulb in my dome light, which adds ambience when the doors are open at night, also a cheap add on. Racing seats are always good, monitor w/ playstation 2 will definitely impress the ladies. You can get a more sporty shift knob or automatic shifter.
