19" on an accord ? get real man. the accord is known for being such a slow car, and very hard to accelerate, but with 19" rims it will take forever. plus a 19" rim will require a very low profile tire, which will make your ride very crappy. Go with 17" rims and a bigger tire profile, so your ride quality won't suffer that much. For a drop i reccomend kony yellows with eibach sportlines (1.7" drop) or prokits (1.2" drop).
