Revival, I think that you should focus on one project at a time. Swap alone will take a while to ge all the bugs out. A TypeS tranny is a rare find. I think that you should focus on the K-series swap first and drive that around for a while. Those things are already a monster when swapped into a hatchback. You will be running 12's on the quarter mile already..... stock form. And in case you dont know how fast a 12 second car is, that is almost a guaranteed victory to most cars on the street.... I agree with the above about the 5 lug conversion. Consider turbo later after the K swap. To get a great turbo set-up requires a lot of research, tuning, and a combination of many parts working in HARMONY. Goodluck! |
