What do you think of the JDM Integra Type R?

Ok, well if you haven't realized that I live in Toronto... There aren't many of those here (well none that are very noticeable).

Looks + speed = sexiness

So, looks first then engine work later when I figure out what I can/want to do. And also, if this is going to be an independent(meaning no bf financial support ) project then I really need to save money. The JDM Integra Type R has always been one of my attainable favourites.
