But for me it reached a point where it's pretty obvious I'm the only one interested in trying to RESOLVE any of our problems... she'd prefer to ignore them and hope they get better.

I feel sorry for you, since I have a damn good idea what your going through. Luckily I don't have kids and stuff to worry about though. I don't understand the whole thought process behind trying to ignore the problem, other then they are to scared to face the problem head on. Man, women can be more of a hassle then they are worth sometimes.
