How the hell do you metabolize all that food?

I eat like half of that in a day and I weigh 210. Course I don't move other than from my house to my car then car to work and back again.

I know Derrick use to workout a lot, I don't know if he does much. I try to workout a couple hours a night, I can't stop eating. I'm always hungry.
