Not at all. In fact, you haven't done anything wrong until you set foot on U.S. soil without doing it properly. And it's not like it's altogether that hard to come here legally (Cubans excluded, but even some of them can apply for asylum). I don't have a problem with latinos coming here legally (Mexico, Cuba, Central America, etc.) but I'm sick of people crying over discrimination aimed at people that aren't supposed to be here in the first place. Hell...a while back the Mexican government even published a little comic book type of thing instructing people just how to get here...legally or not.
