Your car looks great, I've always loved that color.

Now for your question: Don't turbo the F22 and swap for a manual. You have a great thing going there, so just swap the H23+turbo, or H22. You need a better engine to work with, and a lude engine will get you on your way. The manual conversion just isn't worth it.
