I agree with the Location area, that place sux0rz.
Not that I am biased because I am not an "OG" but setting aside groups of people would be a bad idea..I mean, the goal is to bring more users, right? Not to have them stand out as "noobs." Oh, and the female's section needs work. The title is funky as Anna pointed out..and..well, it just needs some damn spice!
