If they're not companies who have a right to contact you (i.e. bill collectors), then they are harrassing you. I wasn't fucking with this guy...I'm sick of getting woken up by their bullshit phone calls. If I get even one more message or call, I'm contacting my landlord (who happens to be a local sheriff's deputy) to find out how to proceed in charges against these fucks.
