I got just your basic MSD 2 step module. It is really just a devicce that lets you have 2 seperate rev limiters on a switch. So you set on low for launching (like 5200-6000) and then one where your normal rev limiter is. I use the switch for the cruise control and just hard wired it to the back of the fuse panel under the knee bolster. So whenever I have the clutch pushed to the floor I have a rev limit of 5800 or what ever I set it too so I just hold the accelerator flat floored.. By doing this you present a load on the engine and it will actually spool up and not go over the 5800. Then when the clutch is released when you launch the normal rev limit goes into effect.
