And I'm pretty sure the concept of good and evil predates the bible. Good and evil and right and wrong have nothing to do with religion...it's all perception. That's why one thing can be wrong to me and right to you. Since there's a subjective nature of good and evil, I think it's safe to say that the bible didn't lay down the cornerstone for such ideas.
