But see the thing is, I dont have to come up with other reasons. People have spoken, reviews say its amazing and you're the one here telling people its not as good as MD.

I've mentioned the battery life is twice that of an MD player, the storage is 40times that of a single MD disk and I've proven that your belief that you can't store anything but music files on your Ipod is wrong. If i'm not mistaken I've covered everything you've tried to counter on the Ipod side of things not to mention the sound quality thing. The only thing you have that I don't touch is teh size. No one doubts its smaller and lighter.

So now if the people are that dumb, why is it the civic was one of the best selling cars in north america for the last few years? I mean people must be really dumb to want good gas milage, long life, well constructed, well finished and at a fair price.

Going off on what you've said about people being dumb and then also going to extreems about what I've said. You would believe that the civic is only selling becuase of the hype. Dude cut the bull. everything you tell me I am can be said about you. You call me stuborn and a prick. However I can say the same if not more about you. To my final point, for you to think you have any idea of whats happening outside of your little slice of the world never mind all the way over to japan makes me laugh. As an american you could not fathum (sp?) the lack of news coverage of world events you miss out on. So please don't tell me you know of anything happening anywhere other then america.

The Ipod out sells MD, flash memory and any other MP3 players on the market. Thats the cold hard facts, don't believe me well I've read it from two sources and one of them was a US magazine. The Ipod sells well all over the world too. So forgive me if I come off as stuborn, I'm just not letting some ignorant person like your self sel someone on an MD player because you own one. It isn't the best player out there because if it was it would out sell everything esle. I repeat my points because YUO DONT LISTEN!
