Mine dont retract well either
but you shouldnt ride w/ harnesses w/o a roll cage - you get stuck in the seat and in a roll-over accident your head will get smashed along w/ the top of the car I think that manufacturers have to replace seatbelts that are faulty...at least I think I read that somewhere recently. |
