i got pics of the damage, its saddening really

called both insurance companies, they said its not 100% her fault. however it is probably going to end up as being 70%-85% her fault so i get that much back on my deductible. its gay she said that her lane was clear when she went to turn, thats a bunch of BS cuz had she been looking towards oncoming traffic she would have seen i had changed lanes a good while ahead. gahhhhhhhhh this blows. WH CANT PEOPLE LEARN HOW TO PAY ATTENTION TO THE ROAD

oh and ill post pics later tonight.
