When I was rockin the turbo hardcore (still haven't gotten a replacement for it yet), I was getting mid-teens around town (like 15-17mpg) and a little better on the highway. And the car was making around 450hp off boost and a little over 650hp at full boost, 91 octane, tuning set on "kill".
