If you read that link I put up it also discusses O'Reilly and Franken's "fued" and how O'Reilly got Fox News to sue Franken claiming (I shit you not) that they owned the rights to the phrase "fair and balanced" (Franken's book's subtitle is "A Fair And Balanced Look At The Right"). That's like me saying I own the rights to the phrase "Hi. How are you?".
