well, since youre asking, take it to a shop to have someone look and find out.
Do you have a knocking sound?
I have heard of people removing the plugs and inserting a long screwdriver into the hole and manually cranking the motor and watching how far the screwdriver travels. If it is shorter distance in 1 cyl. your rod is bent....theoretically...

Or you can just pull the head and remove them from the top to look
