well it could be rubbing on the fender well, you could have something in the tire, you could have something rubbing on the rotor, something rubbing on the axle, a bad cv joint (though it would tend to 'click' instead then), maybe your tires arent aligned right, could be that your tires are just noise-makers - road noise...could be lots of other things too.

How sure are you that its in the front?

Are you just changing things willy-nilly w/o having a trained tech take a look at it? Thats a good way to waste money. Most good suspension shops will not charge you anything if they cant find anything wrong. You wouldve saved yourself a lot of money, time, and anguish.
