Exactly...I don't pay that much for the THREE houses I own. I cna't believe that rent is that high. But I should know. All of my houses ARE rental properties....now THAT'S the way to make money! Exactly.. we are getting ready to buy another house and possible a third.. there is no way you can lose when people pay your mortgage for you.
