a good idea is to go to www.download.com and search for IrfanView
its a great pic editing program, small file too. then just take a screenshot (Alt/PrntScrn), and then open IrfanView and hit Ctrl/V to paste it, then edit it. pic size has to be smaller than like 461x340 i think......summin like that  |
