id advise against a cam if youre going turbo later.

a timing light would help you dial it in exactly
...but you can roughly do it by-
starting the car, let it warm up (fan kick on)
remove the pass. kick panel and jump the service connector (check engine light will come on)
losen the bolts on the dist. and SLIGHTLY turn it counterclockwise (mark the top of it and move it 1cm)
retighten, shut off car, remove jumper, restart
If you did it right the light will be off and you shouldnt have any detonation, yet still have a little more power when you test it w/ the ass-dyno.

Granted...this is what I remember from jdmfan.com (rip) directions. You may find better ones at honda-tech.com by searching.
