Ya, lets kick a mod in the stomach. That would be a great idea.
 Anyways, unless you have a turbo honda, you won't be winning any races against any slightly fast car, so only users with turbo'd honda's should be able to ask if they can beat another car. Then you'll get intelligent answers from people who know about turbo's and not just ricers, saying that a cai will help you win the race.
