and then we can play this childish game over and over. You ban a name, he gets a new one. I think we can all agree he has nothing to contribute to this board (or any board) and his moronic banter is no longer humorous, its irritating. I say ban his subnet. This may cause problems for some users, but it can be dealt with.

if he somehow still causes us problems, we can just ignore him. Don't respond to any of his posts, and don't acknowledge him when he responds to threads. Don't even tell him to shut up. One of two things will happen:

1. He will go away and find some other board to pester
2. He will smarten up and begin to realize how civilized people communicate.
