Damn all you people!!
 I just look at a crumb and I gain five pounds. heheOf course your salad isn't going to be healthy if you load a ton of dressing on it. That defeats the whole purpose. It's best to have your dressing on the side and then just dip your fork in it before a helping of salad. And even though ice burg lettuce looks and tastes good, you get more nutrition from the darker stuff.
