you have it everywhere in every state/city..there is a group of losers call them what you want that do thsi shit and it's just uncalled for.

If you are w/ your girl/guy then it should be evident to others, but if someone proceeds to hit on you then that's not cool. the only people I have seen do it think they are hard and have like 5 boys to back them is why they like dare someone to say anything........such pussies for doing so...
