I really thought that JASMA was just Japanese DOT stamp

Mugen emblem is on the convergence of the runners
Jasma is on the start of a runner

Also, from what Ive read, in 1998 Honda copied the design and used it on the later version of the itr 4-1...so dyno plots would be the same if thats true.
