Does the Tornado Fuel Saver really work?

they are a scam for sure...I have heard more BD about them and the Electric superchargers over the last couple of yrs..As mentioned they have been installed and decreased the overall output from the engine.
Not to mention on the Dyno test an operator of the dyno can come out w/ almost any figure they want depending on what's programed in for the conditions setting..thats something else to remember.. bottomline though don't waster your hard earned $$...
