The new and improved civic

Not a bad looking ride at all..if you are going more for a show appeal I would suggest maybe hitting up an interior shop and do a full job on that, also would be better then a set of NOS covers that don't fit that well..
also I would say if you are going w/ the green on the exterior and lights then go w/ your lights on the interior in green as well..for a pep up on the engine get Intake/Headers/Exhaust that should help it to breath better and increase your hp a bit and also help out through the powerband of your motor...
