did something stuipd at the gym...
yeh so i was on my third set of flat bench and through my set i realize the left side is so much harder than the right...i did all my reps and then i realized i forgot to hadd the 5pound plate to the right side..i felt so stupid.....could this have been bad for me...my left shoulder feels all weird...ne one else have ne funny gym experiences....
