depends on how much tire tread u have left. If your tire tread is wearing thin, and almost worn out, them I would say go with the rims and tire combo. If your tires are in good shape then like lots of other people have said, go with the suspension! Personally I wouldnt go ground control setups. They cant compete with a good true coilover (like TEIN and H&R coilovers). Sure u might pay a little bit extra but they are well worth it.
