The "best" hondata computer for swaps is the p28 "chipped"... with an eeprom so it can be re-programed easily. and with data logging built into it (it's actually there from the factory they just run the wires and wrote the com. software).
If you run a "kenji" programmed chip in a p28 it runs just about ANY b series swap WAY WAY better than the stock integra computer would... SOHC or DOHC has NO bearing on computer capabilities... there aren't any extra functions for 2 cams... The mod over at H-T has a gutted cx with a "chipped" p28 ecu running a usdm b18c5 that ran a 13.9. Ideally if you want a hondata you want a p28 for them to chip...
