Yeah I'd take the IS300 over the Accord or S4 any day. The only reason I'd take it over the S4 is reliability, Audi still has a ways to go to really match other manufacturers' reliability numbers.

I'm surprised to hear your insurance would be that much higher for the IS300 vs. an Accord, that sounds kinda fishy. Have you shopped around much?

2 year turnaround is pretty quick on a car, as already mentioned I'd watch out for TCO issues. A house is definitely a better investment than a car, so that's a good choice for priority.
