going to buy a D16z6 just for the v-tec and then put a turbo on, I would just do a B swap instead. I currently have a D16z6 in my car, and the v-tec is not anything special... If you buy a D16z6 motor, you will still need to rebuild it so it can handle the turbo boost. Then buy a turbo and intercooler. It would make more since just to do a B Swap and have more base power before you started with turbos. You could get more out of a B than you could a D16z6 with anything you do to it.... I am going to do a swap and forget building my current motor...... But if you must, junk yards of full of the z6 motors. they are really cheap too.
