So who here was diagnosed with ADD?

My sister had ADHD as a kid and was on meds for years. i can still remember the first day that she had to take the Ritalin (?) pill. God...that was the worst day ever. Mom in the kitchen tryin to shove a pill down a 6 year olds throat.....after that my sis would just take the damn thing.

I've been hearing a lot about adult ADD now. I think I heard something like 5 (or it might have been 20...I can't remember which) percent of adults have ADD. And most of them are women. There was an article about it in one of the Cosmopolitians this year. Interesting article....and according to the warning signs list, I have it. I do have a major problem paying attention to certain things....and I always feel like a jackass asking people to repeat what they said because I was thinking about something else.
