I had a friend in high school who was doing about 90mph down a thouroughfare (in a 45mph zone) and some 200 year old man crept right out in front of him. Doesn't matter who's fault the wreck is...if you're speeding it's all on you. I absolutely refuse to speed with anyone else in the car or if there are any other cars around. If something happens, it's all on me and no one else gets hurt. I say he deserves vehicular manslaughter. And don't dilute yourself...if he's driving it's his fault. I don't care what role your other friends could've played in stopping him...he's the one with his foot to the floor and driving like a dipshit. Yeah...it's his fault.
