What you need:

* A pumpkin
* An observer (g/f works fine)
* A 12" rotary saw
* A compressor with some air tools
* And a bottle of tequila

Set the pumpkin on a solid surface, drink the bottle of tequila, and then.....hell I dunno, but I'm sure your g/f will get a kick out of watching you.

Definitely make sure your knife is very sharp!!! That is always helpful.
