They had HOV lanes in NJ, but killed them when they realized that it was impossible to enforce and caused more problems.

I've got an idea, I think I'll go out to the west coast to go sit in traffic on I-5 because I've never seen traffic anywhere.

What's traffic out there? Takes an extra 10 minutes?
