as mentioned if you drink a glass of water for ever drink you have you will NEVER have a hangover...
Hangovers are nothing more than SERIOUS de-hydration... alcohol dries you out... Drink water and with or without sleep you will NOT be hung over.... you may be tired but you won't be "hungover"
