B16a1?????????

I dont get it . I want to swap a B16A1 into my 94 civic but i dont know how to work with it. Would i have to have to buy a different tranny and if i do what kind. Would i be able to place a 94 civic exhaust on it or would i have to get a custom exhaust made?
Or could i just get a 94 civic exhaust and get a custom down pipe. And what type of aftermarket manifold coould i buy and from where? If yall have time try to explain the facts about putting and working with a B16A1 engine into my car.
