Where do you get your money?

I'm really bad with money. I make close to $4k a month for being an E-6 in the Navy (11yrs). My civic is paid off, but I have a freaking over $10k loan from creditors and banks combined. I also pay $940 a month on a single bedroom apartment, utilities, insurance, blah blah blah....... overall, I'm strugglin.

WTF. I make like $2000 a month, spend about the same on bills and am only just making it cause I blow a good amount on having fun.
