i'm thinking of dropping my car with some groundcontroll springs...if i drop 2 inches in front and back so will it hurt anything if i dont get the camber kit? also can i do it myself or should i have someone else do it.....i assume i need a spring compresser
if i do it myself.........also how much would it cost if i had to pay someone to do it?

if i drop 2 inches i dont think i'll beable to put 17s on it so i'll prolly go with 16s with 40 series tires....i have about 3 inches of clearence....and with 17s with 40s it makes it about 2 inches or so...they are about an inch taller than my stock wheels and tires.....but i plan on getting rims sometime soon

i wouldn't reccomend the coilovers on the stock shocks. next time you see me on aim conatct me. i am too lazy to post this one up

Well, it'll hurt your camber, but 2 inches may or may not put you out of spec. If it's bad, you're looking at reduced handling and tire life.

Yes, you need a spring compressor. I borrowed a screw-type one from autozone or murray's or somewhere (free loaner tools). Your springs are small, so using the spring compressor will be easy (just don't point anything toward your face).

shocks are brand new....replaced in feb

i used no compressor and made out fine...

i can change them without a spring compressor, just make sure you don't poit it towards a living thing. i just step on the spring while unscrewing the washers on top
