I'd recomend getting eibach prokits...
the adjustable (gc's I'm assuming) are linear rate springs like the sportlines... only worse because by dropping the car your are further compressing the spring reducing the rate even further... the prokits have progressive rates.. which means the have soft coils (like you stock springs) which respond to bumps and potholes... AND stiff coils (like your gcs/sportlines) for the more aggresive driving and corners... Usually even if you've loaded up the pro-kits and hit a bump the softer coils tend to absord the shock... I had them on my sentra and I can't say enough about them.
