i mean a damn ITR (B18C5) wont even run 13s in a civic with out being modded, right?

My friend has a 240sx with a (JDM) CA18DET TURBOd engine pushing around 300WHP and his 1/4 mile time is 12.95

So i am pretty sure the H22 isnt gonna run in 13's with out being modded to some degree. h22 will run low 14s with out any mods
