No it's not fast... 9's 10's are fast. there are fast civics... they just have 20+ thousand dollars into them... they are also NEVER street driven... there are LOTS of street driven (daily) 9 and 10 sec talons...

Matter of fact theres one about 5 miles from my house.. at Pruven performance... maybe I should change my screenname... .

Dude, i think that a high 11 second civ is EXTREMELY fast for a street legal, street car. this civic will pretty much beat anything it comes across on the street.
