what do you mean closer overall diameter...closer to what??

my current is 195/65/15

btw ... im going to upgrade it to 18 inches instead for $200 bucks more. so what size tires do i need now? 205/45/18?? 225/45/18?? as far as im concern, money isnt an issue when it comes to safety. (as long its reasonable)

sorry if its annoying to you guys that i keep asking these questions but really, im a newbie and just want to do it RIGHT.
