you can run 10-12 safely on a d16...
endyne runs WAY more than that on stock internals... it's just a matter of tuning and keeping temps down... and if you think getting a civic into the 13's or even 14's is nothing then... you have WAY WAY more money than me... to dude who posted question what's your budget?
